All payments are final and non-refundable.
Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, and other unturned stores. Â

TRANSFER POLICY
If you purchase a perk for the wrong server type, you may transfer it to another game mode if:
1. You have not used the perk.
2. It has not been more than 2 hours after purchase.
If your Steam account gets hacked, or you lose access or receive a ban, we will not transfer your perks. Account security is YOUR responsibility.Â
If you did not receive your perks, open a ticket on discord.

Click on the "Global Ranks" category on the left side of the screen and purchase your lifetime ranks there!
Thanks to our custom plugin, you are only required to wait 1-2 minutes before you receive your perks. If by then, you have still not received them, please contact us by one of the methods above!
To receive your discord roles, please create a support ticket on our discord (invitation link can be found above), and provide your PayPal receipt to the admins!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds so please make sure to read all the package descriptions prior purchasing!
